The DRI Litigation Code Set released in 2007 includes 5 phases and 28 more granular task codes. The code set by DRI is a revision of the original ABA Litigation Code Set and is intended for use by insurers.
In the schema set forth, the Activity and Expense Codes required are the same as the original ABA Activity and Expense Codes.
